Machine Body

1. Machine body has been solid welded by the laser cutting steel, and did the heat treatment, to ensure the structure stability.
2. Main beam adopts Aluminum profile structure with electrical elevating, which is uniform and rigid.

Adopts 10 inch touch screen, which integrated the following functions:

Feeding entrance section
Considering the feeding safety, we developed new feeding entrance structure, with Emergency stop, feeding indicator and blocking cylinders.
The operator will do the feeding according to the green indicator, the operation will be more safe.

 

Narrow board assistance
The machine can process the 30mm width board, in order to avoid the injury during the feeding section, the machine come with narrow board feeding assistance, which can achieve the smooth feeding for narrow board.
 

 

Separating Spray
Before the pre milling function, the machine equipped with one separating spray device, which will isolate the dust and adhesive on the board surface, which will be easy to remove them.

 

Pre-milling Structure

1. Two pieces 2.2KW high speed motor, to do the joint trimming before the gluing, to reduce the adhesive mark on the edge.
2. Through adjusting the feeding fence position, we can adjust the milling amount.

Pre-heating Lamp
Considering the environment affection, the machine come with the pre-heating lamp, which can heat the edge before the glue application, so can enhance the banding performance.

 

Horizontal glue pot
The machine adopts horizontal glue pot, which is suitable to process the EVA adhesive.

 

5 Rollers Type Tape Pressing Unit

1. In order to achieve the stable band sealing, the machine adopts 6 rollers band pressing unit, with manual adjusting.
2. The driving roller diameter as 100mm, the 4 pieces driven rollers, two of them with tape edge.

 

End Cutting Unit

Buffing Unit

1. Considering the dual-glue pots structure, the machine comes with double buffing unit, to meet the different color polishing.
2. Can do the board edge polishing, and remove the leaking adhesive mark on the surface.

 

Automatic Lubrication Pump
Which will do the automatic lubrication to the linear guide way on the end cutting unit, to extend the using life of the structure.

Optionale Device

Vertical glue pot
In order to connect with the pre-melting device and PUR adhesive supply station, we offer the option of upper glue pot.
Can decrease the adhesive consumption, also can do the easily cleaning of the glue pot.

Adhesive pre-melting device
The pre-melting device adopts level sensor to control the quantity of the melting adhesive, to achieve the adhesive saving purpose. Meanwhile, it can suck up the adhesive automatically.

All the machine, we can offer the 1 year guarantee to our customers; any parts damaged due to the quality issue, we will send the parts via DHL, Fedex or air shipment urgently. 
After sale service: if you purchased our CNC nesting center or edge bander, and we don't have any dealer or agent in your region, we will send our engineer to your site for installation and training ( you should pay the round-trip flight ticket, salary of engineer- each day 100.00USD, also take charge of the local accommodation. ). Considering the situation, we can do the online training.  Also any small issues, you can knock us online, we will offer the rapid action to your concerns.
2. Which type payment term can you accept? How could we keep our capital safe?
We can accept the T/T and L/C at sight. We have more than 10 years exporting experience, so we know more about the capital safty concern of our customer. We will offer the video call or pictures to your side, during our loading, then you can check what we have done for the loading, if any cheating, then you can control your payment (T/T or L/C). 
3. What is the leading time, if we did the payment to your side?
The leading time of most common machines, will be 10-25 days after collecting the down payment / copy of L/C. Specially designed production will take little bit longer time.
