Description of product

1. Processing units: upper and lower drill heads, 2 pcs spindles (upper 2 pcs-one for for auto-tools changing. Lower one pcs), 4 folds tools changer (servo motor driving).
2. 6-sided drilling machine, adopts through beam structure, can do the drilling process on 6 sides in one time.
3. Come with double panel clamper, which can adjust the position automatically according to the board length. Integrated with horizontal and vertical boring spindles.
4. Is used for processing of Lamello, invisible parts, lamp wire groove, universal hinge and concealed hinge etc.
5. Min. processing width can be 35mm

Rigid body frame Main structure is solid welded, and done the tempering treatment, to ensure the stability of the machine, without the deformation.

4 folds linear tools changer The machine come with one CC brand 6.0KW air cooling spindle, which can do automatic tools changing. Equips with servo motor driving 4 folds linear tools changer, which can meet the demands of various procedures.

Vertical drill bits In order to avoid the edge breaking, the system will appoint the relevant upper and bottom bits to do the through drilling. Without reversing board, can ensure the working efficiency.

Pneumatic board clamper Adopts double clamper structure, the clamper will do the feeding and positioning automatically according to the NC program.

Side alignment device Equip with automatic high precision side align device, which can do the positioning according to the different board width.

Bar code scanner Considering to cooperate with the furniture design software, the machine comes with Bar Code scanner, can achieve the quick NC program importing.

Automatic pressing device The pressing device will work automatically according to the NC program, to increase the drilling accuracy.

Board detecting device Equip with board detecting device, which will detect the boards size automatically, and reduce the tolerance which is caused by manual checking.

Air floating table The feeding table adopts air floating structure, which can reduce the board surface damages; meanwhile will reduce the man-power needs of heavy board feeding.

Chinese planetary reducer The back clearance is less than 3 arc minutes. The integrated roller bearing is used for precise positioning. The main bearing adopts conical needle roller bearing to achieve high load capacity.

NC Controller Adopts the LNC control system from Taiwan, come with industrial Bus-master control technology, with WIFI function. Entire CNC control system, which can do the circle control about the feeding, working and unloading.

Automatic lubrication pump Good lubrication effect, cylinder type oiling system, all linear guide ways with the individual cylinder oil supply, ensure that all linear guide ways are evenly lubricated.

All the machine, we can offer the 1 year guarantee to our customers; any parts damaged due to the quality issue, we will send the parts via DHL, Fedex or air shipment urgently. 
After sale service: if you purchased our CNC nesting center or edge bander, and we don't have any dealer or agent in your region, we will send our engineer to your site for installation and training ( you should pay the round-trip flight ticket, salary of engineer- each day 100.00USD, also take charge of the local accommodation. ). Considering the situation, we can do the online training.  Also any small issues, you can knock us online, we will offer the rapid action to your concerns.
2. Which type payment term can you accept? How could we keep our capital safe?
We can accept the T/T and L/C at sight. We have more than 10 years exporting experience, so we know more about the capital safty concern of our customer. We will offer the video call or pictures to your side, during our loading, then you can check what we have done for the loading, if any cheating, then you can control your payment (T/T or L/C). 
3. What is the leading time, if we did the payment to your side?
The leading time of most common machines, will be 10-25 days after collecting the down payment / copy of L/C. Specially designed production will take little bit longer time.
