TS-320 Classic sliding table saw
Ts-320 classic sliding table saw from MESA, the machine adopts special designed 3200mm Aluminum sliding table with step locking system. Cast iron type saw unit to ensure the duration, main motor is 4.0KW, scoring saw motor is 0.75KW. Qualified saw shaft with dust-proof covers, to extend the using life. Rip fence with micro-adjustment handle, to help the user to get the exact value. The machine adopts manual elevating and tilting structure.

- Special deigned 3200mm Aluminum sliding table with side steel bar, also equipped with step
locking device.
- Low noise shafts with dust-proof cover, to extend the using life of the shaft.
- Cross cutting carriage comes with mitre scale, which will allow the user to do the mitre cuttingthrough cross-cutting fence.
- Rip fence comes with the micro-adjusting handle, to achieve the precise positioning.
- Digital read-out device of tilting angle, which is easy to get the current cutting angle.
High-strength body frame
Solid welded body frame is made by laser cutting steel plate, all the joints adopt tenoning type, with good appearance and high strength.
Before powder painting, the entire body has been done sand blasting treatment, to ensure the powder adhesion, also can remove the
internal stress after welding.

Aluminum sliding table
Adopts special designed sliding table, length is 3200mm, width is 415mm. With solid connected round bar on the side, to enhance the
strength of cross cutting carriage.
The table equipped with step locking system, which allows you to lock on any position according to your requirement.
Pull-out core Details
According to the cutting size, the core of
cross-cutting fence can be pulled out, to get
the extended gauge.
Rip fence structure
The rip fence is composed by fence base and Aluminum profile.
The fence with locking handle and micro-adjusting knob.
Mitre fence on sliding table (standard)
Enable the precise cutting of mitre, the user can set the angle
freely according to the angle scale.
Options
Digital read-out device(*optional)
Digital read-out device can help the user to set the exact
value of the rip fence and flip-over stops.
Large mitre fence (*optional)
The large mitre fence which is much more strong, also comes
with the flip-over stops.
Overhead extraction hood (*optional)
Considering the efficiency dust extraction and safe operation, the machine can choose the overhead extraction hoods, with strong
support frame, with folding connection, allow the user to fold up the hood freely.
Electric elevating of main saw (*optional)
Equipped with electric elevating structure, the operator
can do the main saw electric elevating through knob.

All the machines, we can offer a 1-year guarantee to our customers; any parts damaged due to the quality issue, we will send the parts via DHL, FedEx, or air shipment urgently.
After-sale service: if you purchased our CNC nesting center or edge bander, and we don't have any dealer or agent in your region, we will send our engineer to your site for installation and training ( you should pay the round-trip flight ticket, salary of engineer- each day 100.00USD, also take charge of the local accommodation. ). Considering the situation, we can do the online training. Also any small issues, you can knock us online, we will offer the rapid action to your concerns.
2. Which type of payment term can you accept? How could we keep our capital safe?
We can accept the T/T and L/C at sight. We have more than 10 years exporting experience, so we know more about the capital safety concern of our customers. We will offer the video call or pictures to your side, during our loading, then you can check what we have done for the loading, if any cheating, then you can control your payment (T/T or L/C).
3. What is the leading time, if we did the payment to your side?
The leading time of most common machines will be 10-25 days after collecting the down payment/copy of L/C. Specially designed production will take little bit longer time.
