Machine Body Machine body has been solid welded by the laser cutting steel, and did the heat treatment, to ensure the structure stability. Main beam adopts Aluminum profile structure with electrical elevating, which is uniform and rigid.

Bevel &straight Milling Structure Come with titling saw blade, which can cut the board edge into 45°. The motor power is 3 KW Through adjusting the cutter height can adjust the remaining straight edge height. Come with dust blower device With one 1.5KW straight pre-milling unit

 

 

Tape slotting device In order to achieve the perfect bevel edge banding performance, the machine come with tape slotting device, which can do V shape slot on tape through V shape cutter.

Vertical glue pot with pre-melter The machine comes with vertical glue pot, which can do the uniform adhesive application, which can reduce the glue mark on the edge. Meanwhile, in order to decrease the adhesive consumption, the machine comes with pre-melting device.

Motorizing tape feeding unit Come with two individual groups pressing units, 1^st group with two straight rollers, which will press the remaining straight edge. 2^nd group with combination rollers which will press the bevel edge.

 

Straight & bevel tape pressing units 1^st group 2 rollers, which special design for straight edge press 2^nd group with 3 straight rollers and 3 inclined rollers, which will ensure the bonding performance. 3 inclined rollers come with straight fences, which can avoid rebounding of straight edge.

End Cutting Unit Two pieces 0.37kw high speed motor with 200Hz frequency and 12000rpm rotation speed The motor come with manual rotating device, which can adjust the angle easily. Saw blades size:104*2.6*22*24Z

Scraping Unit Flexible flat scraper, which can remove the extra tape end on top surface, also can remove the leaking adhesive There is one profile scraper R2, which can make the radius on the bottom straight edge With the air blower device

Cleaning Spray Device With the special cleaning agent spray device, which can help the buffing unit to clean the leaking adhesive on the board surface.

Buffing Unit Considering the dual-glue pots structure, the machine comes with double buffing unit, to meet the different color polishing. Can do the board edge polishing, and remove the leaking adhesive mark on the surface.

 

Automatic Lubrication Pump Which will do the automatic lubrication to the linear guide way on the end cutting unit, to extend the using life of the structure.

After-sale service: if you purchased our CNC nesting center or edge bander, and we don't have any dealer or agent in your region, we will send our engineer to your site for installation and training ( you should pay the round-trip flight ticket, salary of engineer- each day 100.00USD, also take charge of the local accommodation. ). Considering the situation, we can do the online training. Also any small issues, you can knock us online, we will offer rapid action to your concerns.
2. Which type of payment term can you accept? How could we keep our capital safe?
