Feeding entrance section Considering the feeding safety, we developed new feeding entrance structure, with Emergency stop, feeding indicator and blocking cylinders. The operator will do the feeding according to the green indicator, the operation will be more safe.

Pre-heating Lamp Equips with pre-heating lamp, which can heat the panel before the gluing application, so can enhance the banding performance.

Vertical glue pot The machine adopts vertical glue pot, which can process the adhesive like EVA and PUR. The glue pot come with two pieces individual glue buckets. With quick changing design, to enhance the working efficiency.

 

Narrow board assistance The machine can process the 30mm width board, in order to avoid the injury during the feeding section, the machine come with narrow board feeding assistance, which can achieve the smooth feeding for narrow board.

Machine Body Machine body has been solid welded by the laser cutting steel, and did the heat treatment, to ensure the structure stability. Main beam adopts Aluminum profile structure with electrical elevating, which is uniform and rigid.

 

Tape pressing unit In order to achieve the stable band sealing, the machine adopts 6 rollers tape pressing unit. Driving roller is bigger, which can enhance the sealing performance. Five small rollers without power driving, two of them with taper. Five small rollers with adhesive removing knife, to ensure the smooth surface of rollers.

Small pressing wheels In order to process the 30mm narrow board, the press beam will adopt small pressing wheels, which can hold the narrow board tightly, to ensure the stable feeding.

Narrow board support roller Will apply the narrow board support rollers at the end cutting, trimming and scraping unit, which will ensure the perfect processing performance.

 

End Cutting Unit Two pieces 0.37kw high speed motor with 200Hz frequency and 12000rpm rotation speed The motor come with manual rotating device, which can adjust the angle easily. Saw blades size:104*2.6*22*24Z

Scraping Unit Scraping cutter with R2 radius With the air blower device Pneumatic adjustment device, with three shifts: 1mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm.

Special bearing support structure Considering the processing of the board with hinge boring hole, the machine will adopts special bearing support structure on the bottom sides of trimming and scraping units.

Flat scraping and cleaning spray The machine come with flat scraping device, the patent design, which is easy to adjust. Can remove the extra adhesive mark of the edge. Also come with the patent cleaning spray device, which is much better than the common one in China, it is not easy to block for long term running.

Buffing Unit Considering the dual-glue pots structure, the machine comes with double buffing unit, to meet the different color polishing. Can do the board edge polishing, and remove the leaking adhesive mark on the surface.

Automatic Lubrication Pump Which will do the automatic lubrication to the linear guide way on the end cutting unit, to extend the using life of the structure.

Low-voltage apparatus Input power: 3~380v,50hz Circuit brake, 24V power supplier and AC contactor are from Schneider France. Delta PLC is from Taiwan. Brand parts will ensure the safety and stability of the control system.

1. What's your guarantee? Which type after sale service can you provide to us?
All the machine, we can offer the 1 year guarantee to our customers; any parts damaged due to the quality issue, we will send the parts via DHL, Fedex or air shipment urgently. 
After sale service: if you purchased our CNC nesting center or edge bander, and we don't have any dealer or agent in your region, we will send our engineer to your site for installation and training ( you should pay the round-trip flight ticket, salary of engineer- each day 100.00USD, also take charge of the local accommodation. ). Considering the situation, we can do the online training.  Also any small issues, you can knock us online, we will offer the rapid action to your concerns.
2. Which type payment term can you accept? How could we keep our capital safe?
We can accept the T/T and L/C at sight. We have more than 10 years exporting experience, so we know more about the capital safty concern of our customer. We will offer the video call or pictures to your side, during our loading, then you can check what we have done for the loading, if any cheating, then you can control your payment (T/T or L/C). 
3. What is the leading time, if we did the payment to your side?
The leading time of most common machines, will be 10-25 days after collecting the down payment / copy of L/C. Specially designed production will take little bit longer time.
