Saw unit structure Adopts heavy solid cast iron saw installation booth, the main saw unit elevating through two round bar, which is stable and smooth. Integrated strengthen frame cover the whole booth to make sure it can meets any tough work.

Computer control and interface 12 inch windows based computer control interface with touch screen, makes all convenient away from every time go far away to set each measurement, and same time makes all absolutely accurate.

Cutting optimization software The machine come with the cutting optimization software, the user just input the size and quantity they want, then the software will do the optimization of cutting procedure, and control the cycle by the switch on the handle of sliding table.

Sliding table structure Heavy duty 430mm width Aluminum sliding table with double chambers structure. The swing carriage is fixed on the side strong steel bar to ensure the stability. Professional sliding system tolerance at 0.01mm at 2 meter length.

Remote control buttons We have placed three buttons on the handle of sliding table, the operator can do the remote control of the machine, like saw unit Start, Off, and the next cycle of the optimized cutting procedure.

Cross cutting fence Cross cutting fence adopts double servo motor cotnrolling, called Dual linear accuracy technology, absolutely precise and fully automatic move.

Rip fence structure The rip fence movement is driven by servo motor, the max. stroke as 1300mm. The servo motor with absolute encoder, which can achieve high cutting precision and repeating positioning. Meanwhile, no need back origin operation after starting the machine.

Extra board supporting bar Considering the big board cutting, the machine comes with one extra board supporting bar on the side of the cast iron table.

Upper dust exhausting hood The machine adopt European type upper dust exhausting hood, one for 45 degree cutting, another for 90 degree cutting. The supporting beam with quick locking device, allow the user to move the hood to the position as required.

Laser mark function (option) Optional laser line for easy reference of rip cutting, also notice the user where the blade is, makes cutting safe.

All the machines, we can offer a 1-year guarantee to our customers; any parts damaged due to the quality issue, we will send the parts via DHL, FedEx, or air shipment urgently. 
After-sale service: if you purchased our CNC nesting center or edge bander, and we don't have any dealer or agent in your region, we will send our engineer to your site for installation and training ( you should pay the round-trip flight ticket, salary of engineer- each day 100.00USD, also take charge of the local accommodation. ). Considering the situation, we can do the online training.  Also any small issues, you can knock us online, we will offer the rapid action to your concerns.
2. Which type of payment term can you accept? How could we keep our capital safe?
We can accept the T/T and L/C at sight. We have more than 10 years exporting experience, so we know more about the capital safety concern of our customers. We will offer the video call or pictures to your side, during our loading, then you can check what we have done for the loading, if any cheating, then you can control your payment (T/T or L/C). 
3. What is the leading time, if we did the payment to your side?
The leading time of most common machines will be 10-25 days after collecting the down payment/copy of L/C. Specially designed production will take little bit longer time.
